The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of a competition for international students studying in Jordan under the title “Competition for the Best Promotional Video about Jordan”

Competition Details:

Those wishing to participate in this competition must be non-Jordanian students (international students) enrolled in a higher education institution in Jordan, regardless of specialization, study program, or degree.

The video should primarily focus on education, in addition to any of the following (social, touristic, or cultural themes), noting that the duration of the video should not be less than one minute and not more than two minutes.
Participation is open to Individuals or groups of up to five students, provided that their work has not been previously submitted to any other competition or received any kind of awards.
Participants are allowed to display voice, music, silent, or written video content, and in any language whether Arabic or their mother tongue.
For videos created through mobile phones, horizontal landscape mode is required, and to be in accordance with all relevant copyrights.
By applying for the competition, participants grant the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research a non-exclusive license to use the videos.
Participants should submit their video, along with information containing their full name, university of study, major, academic degree, and a copy of their passport to the International Students Affairs’ Unit via WhatsApp number (0781111185) no later than the end of working hours of Thursday, November 16^th, 2023.
The Jury consists of experts from Jordanian public and private universities, along with specialists from Roya TV and Amman TV channels.

Prizes :

First place: 2000 Jordanian Dinars
Second place: 1500 Jordanian Dinars
Third place: 1000 Jordanian Dinars
