The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Mamoun Al-Debi'e, awarded certificates and commemorative shields to students, noting that the planned ceremony and accompanying festivities were canceled due to the current conditions in Gaza.
